Privacy Policy

ALL CFM ("we", "us", the "Service") provides tools for running Madden NFL franchise leagues, available on the web at allcfm.com and through our mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to run the Service:

  • Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a display name. Authentication is handled by Supabase; your password is stored by Supabase in hashed form and is never visible to us. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google.
  • League data. Information you or your league commissioner enter or import — league names, team assignments, game scores, rosters, statistics, trades, and similar franchise data. Much of this is imported from the Madden NFL Companion App at your direction.
  • Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications in the mobile app, we store a device push token (via Expo) so we can send you league alerts such as trades, weekly updates, and commissioner announcements.
  • Optional integrations. If your league connects Discord or GroupMe, we store the identifiers needed to post league updates to those services.

How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the Service — authenticate you, display league data, and run league features.
  • To send notifications you've opted into (trades, weekly updates, alerts).
  • To post league updates to Discord or GroupMe when your league has connected them.
  • To maintain security and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of service providers to run ALL CFM:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
  • Vercel — website and API hosting.
  • Expo — mobile push notification delivery.
  • Anthropic — powers the AI news-summary feature (only the content you search for is sent).
  • Discord / GroupMe — only if your league connects them.

Each provider processes data on our behalf to deliver the Service and is bound by its own privacy commitments.

Your Choices and Rights

  • Delete your account.You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the mobile app (Settings → Delete Account). If you own a league, you'll be asked to transfer ownership first so the league isn't left without a commissioner.
  • Notifications. You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device settings or the app.
  • Access or corrections. Email Admin@allcfm.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and detach your identity from shared league records. Historical league data (such as past game results) that isn't personally identifying may be retained so leagues you participated in remain intact for other members.

Children's Privacy

ALL CFM is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
